“Telling MS patients that MS is caused by irreversible myelin degeneration and brain lesions
is a mistake of major proportion steering patients away from the truthful
medically documented information that can set MS patients Free.
Worldwide Research proves that Multiple Sclerosis is essentially caused by
emotional stress and internal conflict.”
Auto-Immune Specialist Noel Batten [1]
Multiple Sclerosis is poorly understood and treated by Conventional Medicine.
The result is misleading, confusing information, and very frustrated patients!
For those of us with MS, that’s the bad news AND the good news.
It’s bad because the MS diagnosis, and current MS Conventional medical attitudes and treatment strangle our life.
We feel trapped in a body we don’t understand and can’t control.
We live on drugged autopilot because we are too tired, in pain and stressed to care or hope.
It’s good because, IF we believe, think and feel that we are responsible for our health, such confusing, depressing news can spur us to explore alternatives that may work.
The fact is, to paraphrase Dr H Koning:
“If you think you have an incurable disease,
you’re right.
If you think your problem is curable,
you are also right."
Dr Koning introduces the trailer for a new (2009) movie, “The Living Matrix” [2] Have you seen it?
Like
, the movie challenges the ‘Conventional’ assumptions about diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
It shows that our health and wellbeing are determined by how we process information:
First there is the thought.
Then the emotional response.
Without the thought being infused with emotion, it goes nowhere.
With emotion, the thought is like a stone thrown into a pond: its ripples are felt throughout your body, in your life and relationships.
Our ‘information processing blueprint’ is programmed in childhood by those closest to us.
We learn from and copy them, because we believe that if we are like them, we will be loved by them.
The shocks, traumas and love, or love lack, we experience as children become magnified in adulthood, as we endlessly pursue love, affection and attention.
We rarely find them.
Instead we find stress, frustration, sickness. Multiple Sclerosis.
What is going on?
Dr Dean Ornish [3] answers with:
“Love and intimacy - our ability to connect with ourselves and others and find meaning in our lives,
is at the root of what makes us sick and what makes us well,
what causes sadness and what brings happiness,
what makes us suffer and what leads to healing.”
This seems like common sense, doesn’t it?
Yet, it took me 11 years of life with MS, including extensive medical research to understand. I can be very slow sometimes! ![]()
First, I found myself swamped by the misinformation and greed of Conventional medicine. Then I needed to penetrate the fog to see the facts in relation to MS.
The purpose of Core is to give you the facts, and to empower you to act according to what’s right for YOU. No one else.
This is your life. Your health. There’s no dress rehearsal.
Core has five sections in addition to this page. Each is built on empirical findings proving that
Multiple Sclerosis is:
- A survival mechanism or symptom: a warning that your body needs help to correct fundamental imbalances originating in childhood emotional trauma (NOT, according to Conventional Medicine: incurable with no sure causes).
- Emotional both in primary cause and manifestation (NOT, according to Conventional Medicine: just neurological and physical).
- Determined by your Emotional Health and Relationships with yourself, others and life (NOT, according to Conventional Medicine: determined mainly by myelin degeneration and brain lesions).
Accordingly, Core’s six sections focus on revealing the key Emotional Challenges faced by people with MS, and how they can be addressed effectively.
