If you don’t want to be bed ridden for days: AVOID the Conventional lumbar puncture procedure!
Mine was horrific.
First, they couldn’t find the right place to insert the needle.
Then, when they found a good place, they couldn’t get the needle in properly resulting in the needle being wiggled around enthusiastically in my spinal column.
