How You Will Benefit....

If you’re like most with Multiple Sclerosis, your life sucks.

You’re fed up and confused about this bizarre disease. You want personal answers by an MS expert who respects and treats you like a human being, not a sick statistic. Someone who empathises with your unique challenges like.......

Which diet and exercise regime works for you long term? What are the natural alternatives to the toxic MS medications? How can you have fulfilling relationships when you feel lousy much of the time etc?

I understand. My drugs and the thought of giving up drove me more crazy then the MS itself!

During my 11 years of Primary Progressive multiple sclerosis [8] I too went from doctor to doctor, one drug, or latest ‘cure’ to the next, hoping to escape this dreary life of dependency and confusion. Even the likes of Prof. Alan Thompson of the UK Institute of Neurology [1] admits that..:

“People with MS have complex needs which are not being adequately met anywhere in the world.”

Until Now! The purpose of this site is to simplify this apparent ‘complexity’. It strips MS naked, penetrates its Core, and offers you a Six Step Practical Personal Plan to help you cure MS......

Isn’t THAT what you want?

Our Six Step Practical Personal Plan to Help You Cure MS

As you’ll discover here, you Can Break Free from the MS Monster. But you need to permanently address root causes, not the superficial symptoms which Conventional medicine applies band aids to.

Breaking Free

These root causes originate in your beliefs, thoughts and feelings, especially about yourself and your relationships. They effect you physically, mentally, emotionally and sexually.

Therefore, you need the help of an expert who has not only lived with MS, but who has also studied it from the physical, biological, psychological, emotional, mental and sexual perspectives.

Caramia Hartley is that person.

Whether you just want an occasional question answered, a Six Step Personal Plan to address root causes, or maybe something in between, Caramia gives you clear and frank answers to questions you so desperately seek.

Get those answers now by becoming a Member of this site!

You Now have 3 Options....

  1. Join Naked Multiple Sclerosis to get your Six Step Personal Plan to help cure your MS.
  2. Hop over to Core and discover the key Emotional MS Challenges, and how you can address them.
  3. Continue reading this Home page to discover the Naked core of MS: How you can enjoy health and wellbeing by first addressing your Emotional Health: your beliefs, thoughts and feelings about yourself and your relationships which largely explain MS development and symptoms...........[2]

Let’s Get Back To Basics

After 11 years of life with multiple sclerosis, medical and nutritional research, I cut through all the MS mis-information to question its apparent ‘complexity’. By returning to basics, I saw MS in the context of Universal and Natural Laws.[9] The result is MS ‘demystified’.....

Life Basics

Life Basics

We see how MS results from what Dr Deepak Chopra [10] calls:

“The violation of simple laws of nature
that make our body function.”

Our body is designed for Love,[11] Balanced Health and Healing, not toxic lifestyles causing chronic cellular disharmony and MS.

That’s why Holistic [27] approaches which help individuals regain balanced health best address MS. These include Ayurveda,[31] Traditional Chinese Medicine,[32] Energy,[33] Functional[20] and especially, German New Medicine (GNM).[12]

Such Holistic approaches, reveal how diseases like MS are a Symptom or Survival Mechanism and are Emotional in Origin. Indeed, MS is a warning that your body needs and wants to correct fundamental imbalances, originating in traumatic, unresolved childhood experiences, thoughts and feelings which we relive repeatedly as adults.

Correct those core imbalances, link them with the original traumas, and MS can be cured.

This liberating perspective of MS may surprise you! It did me, until I found the proof you read here.

So let’s now define MS in the context of Universal, Natural Laws of love, balanced health and healing:[9]

The Heart of MS Exposed: What is Multiple Sclerosis?

Contrary to what you have probably heard from Conventional Medicine, your Emotional Health largely determines MS development, symptoms and severity as Thomas Kruzel N.D.[27] says:

“MS often follows periods of unexpressed emotions.”

Thomas agrees with Dr Hamer,[12] Bob Hoffman,[14] Barbara Webster,[23] and Noel Batten[16] that the emotional root cause of MS must be addressed Before symptoms can finally resolve. Barbara [23] says:

“Coming to terms with MS would have been greatly eased for me had there first been an acknowledgement and discussion of the process of emotional and psychological adjustment.”

You see, Multiple Sclerosis is Emotional in Primary Cause and Manifestation. Here’s what a revised Multiple Sclerosis definition [13] needs to account for:

Primary Cause

Angry child behind bars

1.

Multiple Sclerosis originates in unexpected traumatic or shocking childhood events which manifest on the biological (psyche, brain, organ) and emotional levels.[12, 14, 16]

Dr Caroline Myss [25] reinforces the direct link between emotions, organs and illness by showing how each illness and each body organ has its own frequency or vibrational pattern determined by negative emotional energy:

“Most illness have emotional, psychological and physical stress patterns which can be easily identified, and correspond quite specifically to problems in certain parts of the body.
For example, Immune system disorders like MS are primarily related to the adrenals,
and to concerns about safety, security, loss of identity, and unresolved emotional issues.

Very little is created ‘randomly’ in our bodies”

  1. It is therefore no coincidence that:

    • The brain signals the adrenal glands to produce Corticosteroids when under emotional distress. Excess and regular Corticosteroids production weakens the immune response!
    • Chiropractic Dr Hamer [12] shows how MS originates in a Biological and emotional conflict of feeling trapped, of not knowing what to do
due to a fear of separation.
    • Noel Batten [16] proves that tension in the C1 / C2 vertebrae (top of neck) is caused by suppressed emotional trauma / stress that gets ‘trapped’.
  2. Indeed, this negative emotional energy usually becomes ‘trapped’, or ‘stuck’, because we didn’t know how to deal with it originally. So it festers, become toxic and negatively effects every aspect of our biology lives, health and relationships. The negative impact of stuck, suppressed emotions are explored further in Core: Relationships 1.3 - 1.4..

We become unbalanced in every way......

Manifestation

  1. With MS, our fundamental cellular disharmony: physical, emotional, mental, sexual and spiritual results in multiple sicknesses,[12, 15, 16, 24] symptoms and an emotional rollercoaster dependent on what Dr Hamer [12] calls a Sensory or motor conflict or both. These conflicts represent changes seen in the brain’s motor and sensory cortex.
  2. Each type of conflict reflects a specific emotional theme associated with our relationships. Indeed, the nature of the emotional trauma or shock almost always relates to your relationship with and thoughts and feelings about someone or something. Seven Chakras
  3. The trauma and disharmony mirrors a fundamental breakdown in the body’s core systems and processes called ‘The Seven Forces of Wellness’ by champion of Functional Medicine, Dr Mark Hyman.[20] These Forces reflect the Seven Chakras or Energy Forces from Traditional Chinese and Indian Medicine [29].
  4. Once ALL these Forces are linked with the original emotional trauma, and tailored to each individual, health and wellbeing results.
  5. The multi causal and multi symptomatic nature of MS suggests that the Conventional definition[13] of MS as a neurological or auto-immune disease with no certain causes or cures is inadequate and misleading. It’s also why the MS Diagnosis itself is so difficult.[17]
  6. Therefore, it’s futile to treat MS [18] by addressing one symptom or cause without getting to the primary root cause. Nobel laureate of medicine Alexis Carrel supports this with:[19]

“In illness the body preserves the same unity as in health. It is sick as a whole.
No disturbance remains strictly confined to a single organ.

To Summarise the Revised Multiple Sclerosis Definition....

Unexpected

MS originates in unexpected emotional trauma or shocks affecting your thoughts, feelings and relationships with yourself, others and life.
These in turn lead to fundamental cellular disharmony
manifesting as multiple sicknesses and associated symptoms.

Your Emotional Health and Relationship with yourself and others are the
Key Determinants of your MS Development, Symptoms and Severity.

Empathy

The words of Dr Dean Ornish [21] are pertinent here:

“Love and intimacy - our ability to connect with ourselves, others and to find meaning,
is at the root of what makes us sick and what makes us well,
what causes sadness and what brings happiness,
what makes us suffer and what leads to healing.”

Your Next Steps to Vibrant Health, Love and Life

As you are realising, MS needs to be understood and addressed by First resolving the root emotional shock, traumas and resulting stresses which ultimately lead to the MS symptoms [2] you know. As Christine-Yazmin Albright[24] says of her MS:

“For the MS to heal, I had to heal everything else in my life,
including relationships, self-concepts, old wounds-everything.
When I did something that was not in harmony with the healing,
my body would let me know quickly and intensely with a new frightening symptom
that would put me in bed for three days, every time.”

Think about it. If you have no purpose, no motivation, poor self esteem, are consumed by fears and worries and feel isolated, what chance do you have of permanently resolving any physical problems?

Fat = Intelligent

For example: Why do most diets, including MS diets, fail?

They fail because they don’t address the reasons why you think you need to diet in the first place. Reasons like: your digestive system is damaged by years of toxic junk food; ‘healthy’ foods don’t suit your Nutritional [28] and Metabolic type;[28] you binge eat because you feel worthless, you don’t exercise [34], etc...

Similarly, I believe you know that the latest, probably toxic MS ‘cure’ will be a band aid, if that.

PS: Who Am I?

Caramia Hartley

By now you may we wondering: ‘Who is Caramia Hartley?’

I am neither famous, a guru, nor a doctor. Prior to the MS diagnosis, I was a very successful business woman (See About and My Story). Now, I am very knowledgeable about MS, especially PPMS [8] and how to master it using Holistic Medicine.[27] For the last eleven years, I have:

  • Lived with, and learned how to manage PPMS. That doesn’t mean I am 100% ‘cured’ or ‘healed’.[22] It means I know how to lead a fulfilling life without allowing MS to define me, and how to prevent the causes and symptoms. Though I still slip up occasionally! I hope my learning saves you the time and pain of my mistakes!
  • Studied Conventional and Alternative medicine and nutrition.
  • Analysed and evaluated the Medical Documented Information on MS. (See References)
  • Networked with Specialists about health and MS. (See References)

Now, having confounded the Docs, and consciously lived life on my own terms, not theirs, I am alive and kicking! I was told that I wouldn’t live more than 10 years after diagnosis. Year 10 was last year!

Like George Burns,[30] who I paraphrase…

“I don’t believe in dying. It’s been done. I’m working on a new exit.
Besides, I can’t die now - I’m too busy enjoying life.”

Cure Yourself of MS in 6 Steps

Here’s an outline of my proven process for delivering personal MS solutions. It’s an outline only because my approach is very individual. What works for you won’t be right for another member. That’s why this personal service is so unusual and in demand.

This is the process: MS CURE PLAAN (a double ‘A’ rated plan!)

MS

  1. CU = Collection & Understanding
  2. RE = Review & Evaluation
  3. PL = Plan = Based on my thorough analysis, I will design a personal practical plan to address your unique needs.
  4. A = Agreement: We will discuss my recommendations and agree the Plan.
  5. A = Action: You then need to implement the Plan to see the results and benefits!
  6. N = Note: I will note, evaluate and tweak the Plan and your progress to help you stay on target.
When Will You See Results?

I don’t know! That depends on so many factors outside of my control. I can only answer that more precisely when I know you and your needs better.

A short discussion or email exchange may answer your questions. But it is unlikely to address root causes. Whereas a personal one to one MS Cure Plan which addresses root causes is as long as it takes.... This is likely to be months.

How Much Will Curing You Cost?

The cost for each membership option is given on the site. It ranges from $47 per month to $10,000 + for the Personal MS Cure Plan.

In essence, the time and cost depends on you and how serious you are about finally curing yourself of MS. Once you show your determination, I’ll commit to helping you become free of the MS mess.

I promise you that.

I look forward to showing you how....

I need to understand where you are coming from and where you want to go by collecting as much information about you as possible.

We will have in depth discussions about your background, lifestyle, childhood, medical history, personal relationships, diet, exercise, hopes and, fears. I will also want to see any blood work (tests) or other test results and I may ask you to do new relevant ones.

If we think it appropriate, we may involve other people, like partners or doctors in these discussions.

I will thoroughly review and evaluate all the information from the previous step. This is often a very detailed and complicated process because many variables need to be considered and checked.

My review and evaluation will describe what I believe the key causes of and cures for your MS are.

Based on my thorough analysis, I will design a practical personal plan to achieve the results you want.

This plan will address the root causes of MS specific to you. It may cover areas such as your conscious and subconscious emotional/psychological blocks, your beliefs, attitudes, thoughts, feelings, bevavious, relationships, diet, exercise, breathing, and other specific lifestyle issues.

To keep you focused and motivated, the plan will detail recommendations translated into realistic, practical milestones and steps. These will be as simple and natural as possible, so you can use them yourself without using more ‘experts’ or toxic drugs.

In essence, your MS Cure Plaan, will be exclusive to your unique needs and expectations, and, fundamentally, realistic.

Indeed, we will respect what is intrinsically right for you and your ‘biological makeup’. Please do not expect overnight miracles! With your dedication, enthusiasm, self belief and determination, and my knowledge and tools you will achieve your goals when you and your body are ready.

You Are What You Believe!

Hello Maggie

Thanks for raising this excellent question. I agree with you.

Indeed, this site shows how MS is just a convenient 'label' for a multitude of symptoms that the 'experts' don't really understand. As you can see under 'manifestation' on the home page above, MS in fact stands for the many and varied 'Multiple sicknesses' characteristic of this disease.

I also explain at My Story Stage 2 how cultural and social expectations greatly determine your experience of MS.

The bottom line is that MS, like many chronic diseases result from prolonged and fundamental physical, emotional, psychological, sexual and even spiritual imbalances.

Accordingly, no one approach will 'cure' it. But once the root causes and imbalances are addressed, MS can be cured in time.

2 Caramia 24 Jul 2010 at 02:11

I received this enquiry from Maggie. After getting her ‘OK’, I thought I would post it here for all to benefit from.......

"Has anyone researched the possibility that MS is not a disease? That just maybe, it is an umbrella term which encompasses a myriad of unexplained neurological biochemical imbalances. Instead looking outside the box, researchers are continuing with their myopic approach of one disease, one cure."

3 Caramia 19 Jun 2010 at 07:58

Hello Tony

Thank you for your question.

The short answer is yes. Curing MS is what this site is all about.

But MS is very variable and particular to individuals, so the way to "cure" it, and how long that will take, depends on your particular circumstances.

You can find out a lot by exploring the site via your Trial Membership.

If you then want my personal help, please become a full member at the level that gives you what you need.

Kind regards
Caramia

I have been diagnose with ms about 10 years ago.
Is there a way I can cure this bad disease?
If there is, please keep me inform because I am stuggling with it
